My Books

Books are where this work becomes story—where it stops being an idea and turns into something you can feel.

The Fracture Trilogy deepens the themes at the heart of everything I do: identity, love, power, and the moment you return to yourself—first in the quiet, then in the way your life changes afterward.

The Fracture Trilogy (Memoir / Narrative Nonfiction)

THE FRACTURE SERIES

About

Three books. One arc: fracture → sovereignty → reclamation.

The Fracture Trilogy is for anyone who has ever stayed too long.

For anyone who has ever called survival “love.”

For anyone who has ever felt their body tense before the door even opened.

This is not a story told from a safe distance.

It’s written from inside it—where the nervous system speaks first and the mind catches up later.

It’s meant to be felt.

What this is: a memoir written from inside the relationship—while my body was still living in it.

What this isn’t: a self-help book, a tidy villain story, or a “here’s what I learned” retrospective.

Book I: The Fracture: Notes From a Love That Cost Me Myself

Book I is the descent.

Content note: This book includes various forms of abuse, trauma bonding, dissociation, and self-abandonment within an intimate relationship.

A raw, intimate memoir of devotion turning into erosion.

Of tenderness that slowly becomes a threat.

Of learning to read a room like it’s weather.

Of realizing the cost too late—and having to leave anyway.

“Pulling into the driveway with dread. Fear entered my body before I entered the house. I learned the sound of my own keys was a warning signal.”

“There’s nothing lonelier than lying next to the person you love while feeling like you are drowning in the abyss.”

Book II: Return To Sovereignty: The Journey Back To Self

Book II is the return.

Not a deep dive into what happened.

Not a loop of self-analysis.

It’s presence.

Embodiment.

Strength.

Awareness.

Sovereignty is the moment the inner war ends.

The moment you stop negotiating with fear.

The moment you realize you’re whole again—and you move like it.

Book III: The Reclamation: The Ripple of Awareness

Book III is what happens when your inner alignment starts to change your outer life.

When sovereignty ripples outward.

Into your relationships.

Into your boundaries.

Into the rooms you no longer shrink in.

It’s the season after the pain.

After the self-pity.

After the loathing, remorse, codependency, and attachment.

It’s creation.

It’s freedom.

It’s the life you build when you’re no longer living from fear or resentment.

Like the cover:

one day, you get up,

turn around,

and walk away—

down the shoreline,

under the moon.

Why it’s called The Fracture  (from the Author’s Note)

“This book was not written with clarity.
It was written from inside the fog.”

“I was not documenting a healing journey.
I was surviving one.”

“At the time, I thought I was writing about someone else.
In truth, I was writing about what happens when we abandon ourselves to be chosen.”

Excerpts

“My body reacted before I had language. Sweat before words. Hives before logic. A racing heart before permission.”

“Some moments seem like magic, but most are goddamn unbearable.”

“I was afraid to go to sleep because I didn't know how I would wake up.”

“There was no final conversation that gave me peace. I didn't leave in clarity. I left in exhaustion.”

“I didn’t need to be believed to be done.”

Featured Excerpt (Book I): The Beginning

It was raining the first time we kissed.

You were entertaining your circle inside.

I was outside with mine—talking about life like it was something we could solve by naming it. We were trading trauma stories under the stars, pretending the night air could hold what we couldn’t.

For months, we did this dance.

Same rooms. Same corners.

Stolen glances. Private moments.

A buildup that felt forbidden in two different ways.

We liked the excitement.

The risk.

The adrenaline.

We were alike.

The same sensitivity.

The same raw power.

The same impulse to be a lifeline for everyone else—helping them reclaim themselves while quietly losing ourselves in the process.

And then you saw me.

Really saw me.

In a way no one had.

When the house finally emptied, we stood in the doorway and stared at each other like the air had weight.

The kind of intensity everyone could feel, even when they pretended not to.

That night it was still soft.

Fresh. Hungry. Vulnerable.

You leaned in.

You kissed me.

And it felt like two magnets snapping together—like the universe exhaled and finally let us touch.

We had waited our whole lives for it.

And it was fleeting.

Someone was going to come looking for us.

We were the entertainment.

We weren’t ready to reveal our secret.

I didn’t know what it was yet.

I only knew I needed to feel it again.

And that’s how it started:

as love.

as recognition.

as a collision we called fate—

long before we understood what it would cost.

Featured Excerpt (Book I): When sleep stopped being safe

Our nights always started out okay—depending on your mood, or the mood you wanted to portray.

You’d pass out, and I’d lie there staring at your beautiful face, trying to understand how someone could look so gentle in the dark and feel so dangerous in the day.

I realized my nightmares stemmed from your nightmares.

The accusations in your sleep.

The panic.

The sweating.

The way your body fought ghosts I couldn’t see—until it started fighting me.

Sleep terrors became my night terrors.

I was afraid to close my eyes, not knowing how I would wake up.

And I was more afraid to leave you alone in the darkness.

That’s the fracture.

Not the screaming.

Not the worst night.

The moment your body learns that rest isn’t safe and you call it love anyway.
